1. Registration Agreement
This Registration Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Community Advice s.r.o., an ICANN-accredited domain name registrar with its registered office at Jaurisova 4, Praha 4, 140 00, Czech Republic ("Registrar", "we", "us"), and you, the registrant or prospective registrant of one or more domain names ("you", "Registrant").
- Acceptance. By submitting an application to register a domain name, by renewing a domain name, or by accepting a transfer, you accept this Agreement and the policies referenced in it.
- Eligibility. You represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into this Agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
- Registry terms. Each domain name is also subject to the policies of the relevant registry operator and any applicable registry agreement. Where registry terms are stricter than ours, the registry terms prevail for that TLD.
- ICANN requirements. This Agreement incorporates ICANN's 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement and all ICANN Consensus and Temporary Policies, which may be amended from time to time.
- Term & renewal. Registrations are for the term you select. Renewal is governed by our ERRP (Section 3). We will provide renewal reminders as required by ICANN policy.
- Suspension & cancellation. We may suspend, cancel or transfer a domain to comply with ICANN policy, a court order, a UDRP/URS decision, applicable law, or for material breach of this Agreement (including inaccurate WHOIS data or abusive use).
- Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a domain name is limited to the fees you paid us for that domain in the preceding twelve (12) months. Nothing in this clause limits or excludes our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory statutory consumer-protection law.
- Governing law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence within the EU.
2. Terms & Conditions of Service
- Your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
- Accurate data. You agree to provide and keep current accurate contact information. Providing false WHOIS/RDDS data, or failing to respond to a verification request within fifteen (15) days, may result in suspension or cancellation under ICANN's WHOIS Accuracy Program Specification.
- Acceptable use. You may not use a domain registered through us for unlawful activity, distribution of malware, phishing, spam, intellectual-property infringement, or any activity prohibited by applicable law or ICANN policy (see Section 7).
- No warranty of availability. Domain availability is determined by the relevant registry. We do not guarantee that any requested name can be registered.
- Changes. We may amend these terms to reflect changes in ICANN policy or law. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
3. Expired Registration Recovery Policy (ERRP)
This policy describes what happens around the expiry of a domain registered through Community Advice s.r.o., in accordance with ICANN's Expired Registration Recovery Policy.
- Renewal reminders. We will send at least two (2) renewal reminders before expiration — approximately one (1) month and one (1) week prior to the expiration date — and at least one (1) reminder within five (5) days after expiration, to the registrant's email of record.
- Method of notice. Reminders are sent to the email address on file for the registrant. It is your responsibility to keep that address current.
- Auto-renew grace period. After expiry, the domain may enter a grace period of up to approximately thirty (30) days, during which you can renew at the standard renewal fee.
- Redemption Grace Period (RGP). If the domain is not renewed during the grace period, it may enter a Redemption Grace Period of approximately thirty (30) days. During RGP the domain can be restored for the standard renewal fee plus a redemption/restore fee (see Section 6).
- Deletion & release. If the domain is not redeemed, it is deleted and released back to the registry, after which it may become available for general registration.
- Renewal fee disclosure. Our current renewal, restore and redemption fees are disclosed at point of sale and in Section 6 of this page, in line with the ERRP fee-disclosure requirements.
Exact grace and redemption windows can vary by TLD according to the registry's rules. Where a registry's published periods differ, the registry's periods apply for that TLD.
4. Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy
We operate under ICANN's Transfer Policy. You are free to transfer your domain to or from Community Advice s.r.o., subject to the standard rules below.
- Authorization code. On request, we will provide your domain's authorization (EPP/"auth") code within five (5) days, provided your account is in good standing.
- No undue barriers. We will not impose unreasonable restrictions on a valid transfer-out request. A domain may be locked only for legitimate reasons (e.g. the 60-day post-registration/transfer lock required by ICANN, evidence of fraud, a UDRP proceeding, or a court order).
- Denial reasons. A transfer may be denied only for the limited reasons permitted by the Transfer Policy, and we will tell you why if it is.
- Confirmation. Both the gaining and losing registrar provide confirmation. We will not unbundle or delay transfers beyond the periods permitted by policy.
- Change of Registrant. Material changes to registrant data are handled in accordance with the Transfer Policy's Change of Registrant process.
5. Dispute Resolution (UDRP & URS)
Domain names registered through us are subject to ICANN's dispute-resolution policies:
- UDRP. The Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy governs disputes alleging abusive registration of a domain. If a UDRP decision is issued against a domain you hold, we will implement it as required.
- URS. For applicable gTLDs, the Uniform Rapid Suspension system may apply to clear-cut cases of infringement.
- Implementation. We will lock, suspend or transfer a domain as directed by a competent dispute-resolution provider or court, in accordance with the applicable policy.
6. Fees, Renewals & Refunds
Pricing for registration, renewal, transfer and restoration is shown before you complete a purchase. Indicative fee categories:
| Service | When it applies | Fee |
|---|---|---|
| Registration | New domain, per year | Disclosed at checkout (varies by TLD) |
| Renewal | Extending an existing domain | Disclosed at checkout (varies by TLD) |
| Transfer-in | Moving a domain to us | Typically one renewal year (varies by TLD) |
| Redemption / Restore | Recovering a domain in RGP | Standard renewal fee + restore fee |
| Transfer-out / Auth code | Moving a domain away | No fee |
Refunds. Domain registrations and renewals are generally non-refundable once the registry transaction has completed, because the registry fee is incurred at that point. Where a refund is required by applicable EU consumer law or by a registry's add-grace-period rules, we will honour it. Contact us for any refund query.
7. Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy
We maintain a published abuse point of contact and act promptly on well-founded reports, as required by the 2013 RAA.
- Prohibited use. Domains sponsored by us must not be used for phishing, pharming, malware distribution, botnet command-and-control, spam, child sexual abuse material, or other illegal activity.
- Reporting abuse. Anyone may report abuse to abuse@communityadvice.cz. Reports involving an imminent threat to life are prioritised.
- Our response. We review reports promptly, investigate, and take proportionate action — which may include contacting the registrant, suspending DNS, or cancelling the registration.
- Law-enforcement requests. We respond to valid requests from law enforcement and competent authorities in accordance with applicable law.
8. WHOIS / RDDS Accuracy
Under ICANN's WHOIS Accuracy Program Specification, we are required to verify certain registrant contact details. You must respond to a verification request within fifteen (15) days. Failure to do so, or provision of false data, may lead to suspension or cancellation of the affected domain(s). To correct your data or report inaccurate WHOIS data for a domain we sponsor, use our contact page.
9. ICANN Consensus Policies
All registrations are subject to ICANN's Consensus and Temporary Policies, which are incorporated by reference and may change over time. The current list is maintained by ICANN:
