As an ICANN-accredited registrar, we make the Registrant Rights & Responsibilities and the Registrant Benefits & Responsibilities specification available to every customer.
Our ERRP follows ICANN's consensus policy. Here is what happens around the expiry of a domain registered through us.
Before expiry we send at least two renewal reminders — roughly one month and one week before the expiration date.
After expiry the domain enters a grace period (typically up to ~30 days) during which you can still renew at the standard fee.
If still unpaid, the domain enters a redemption period (~30 days) where recovery is possible for an additional redemption fee.
If not redeemed, the domain is deleted and released back to the registry for general availability.
We operate under the ICANN Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy. Your domain is never locked to us against your will.
Our team is here to help — and if we can't resolve it, we'll point you to ICANN.
